TAKE ACTION: FIND INTERNSHIPS AND JOBS

- Provides a list of LGBTQ+-related nonprofit organizations where you can find internships and jobs. Use Key Search on “gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender” or “LGBTQ” to find over 500 agencies in the U.S.

- A web database focused on diversifying education and research organizations. It features advice and tools that job seekers need to network with progressive organizations. Additionally, the network provides workshops, conferences, and webcasts on multicultural issues.

- Job board catering to the LGBTQ+ community and diversity in general.

- Large job board for positions in LGBT community organizations.

- Job board site for positions in philanthropic organizations.

- Job board for the legal field.

FIND RESOURCES: SUPPORT AT EVERY STEP

(Human Rights Campaign) - The following is a list of scholarships, fellowships and grants for LGBTQ+ and allied students at both the undergraduate and graduate-level.

- New York City’s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center empowers people to lead healthy, successful lives. The Center celebrates our diversity and advocates for justice and opportunity.

- Build power, take action, and create change to achieve freedom, justice, and equity for LGBTQ+ people.

- National LGBTQ+ nonprofit run by college students. Find career fairs and check the job board to connect with LGBTQ+ friendly careers.

- Dedicated to helping high-achieving lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender undergraduates reach their full potential in their careers. Hosts career conferences in the fields of Business, Marketing, Engineering and Technology.

- A national social justice organization devoted to ending discrimination and violence against transgender people through education and advocacy on national issues of importance to transgender people.

Community Advocacy and Restorative Practices (CARP) - Promotes the well-being of the entire campus community; fosters connections across social identities and ideas; and engages in passionate and compassionate dialogue and programs.

Queer Community Alliance Center - The QCAC has multiple rooms and resources meant to serve its community members. All who feel affinity with this space are welcome to come gather, learn, play, create and organize with the resources available in the space.

Center for Feminisms - The Center for Feminisms (CFF) strives to work towards an actively anti-sexist campus. The CFF prioritizes anti-sexist programming on campus, in accordance with our mission, and also provides programs that deal with other forms of oppression.

MAKE CONNECTIONS: PROFESSIONAL AND ALUMNI NETWORKING
