Heidi McAllister 78F
Heidi McAllister's main focus is developing the next generation of informed, passionate environmental stewards. She is currently the assistant director of conservation education for the United States Forest Service. She earned a master鈥檚 degree in environmental management from Yale University, has done executive education at the Harvard Kennedy School, and has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in environmental education and outdoor leadership from 91猫先生. Her background includes a wide variety of national and international experience including work overseas with the Peace Corps. She is the recipient of the 2006 Renewable Natural Resources Foundation鈥檚 Sustained Achievement Award, which recognizes McAllister's contribution of more than 25 years to the teaching of environmental education and the sustainable management of natural resources. McAllister聽is a published author in two languages and three countries and still enjoys climbing trees!
